Task Description – Case Study You are required to carefully read the case study below and then complete all Parts A, B, C D, and E: Simulated Scenario – Australian Hardware Store You have recently been appointed as the Store Manager of the Australian Hardware Newcastle store. You and the COO (Chief Operating Officer) have discussed opportunities for you to make an impact and improvements in relation to how the Newcastle store operates.
