PASTE TITLE OF THE ASSIGNMENT HERE5 Part I: What Counts as Credible Evidence? Think about the research project that you developed for CJ525 and your applied research topic of interest. Reflecting on what you learned from this week’s reading and resources, what counts as credible evidence when it comes to research? How can you determine whether a study is credible? What factors should you consider in making your determination? Integrate a discussion of the unit readings to support your responses. Discuss how you would conduct your proposed study to produce credible results, identifying steps you would specifically take to improve the validity and reliability of your findings. Also consider how your study might be impacted by organizational behavior and day-to-day management in your study setting (i.e., think of the unique organizational behavior characteristics of the proposed study site/setting and how these characteristics could potentially impact data collection or interpretation of study results). Part II: Your Problem Statement You spent a lot of time developing your problem statement, reviewing the literature, and drafting your research project plan. Address each of the following: · Briefly explain the topic you are studying to your classmates. · Post the current version of your problem statement and answer the following questions: · How did your literature review impact your problem statement? Did you find that you needed to revise the statement given what you learned from other researchers? Explain. · Does your problem statement effectively explain the 5 Ws (Who, What, When, Where, and Why) of your proposed research? Explain your reasoning.

Part - I
Any research that is conducted needs to focus on evidences which are consistent since it offers much more credibility to the findings and adds value to the overall study. In the golden wo
rds of Margaret J. Wheatley, "Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences and failing to achieve anything useful". Looking back on my research, I would say, it was one of the prime responsibilities for me as the researcher to comprehend the credibility of evidences that were used in the study. What can be counted as credible evidence are facts which are believable and experience from source who is authentic. Applying critical thinking help us to gauge skills which require us to analyse and evaluate the arguments (Salkind, N. J., 2010). Fundamentally, basing our research and study on evidence or examples are not enough rather it is imperative to assess the credibility of data used. How reliable is the source of the information and what are the reasons to make the evidence believable with respect to study. In order to evaluate the credibility of evidence, I checked for aspects like neutrality, any biases that might play in the background, expertise in the given subject, reputation as well as consistency or perhaps inconsistency of the data. (Bolino, M. & Klotz, A., 2017).
What determines the credibility of the study is how reliable is the research conducted and how valid are the results attained. Indeed, the credibility of any study is based on essential aspect of data gathering and analysing the data gathered without allowing any biases that creeps in either consciously or unconsciously. While conducting the research, I made my self completely aware of unconscious bias that might produce skewed results. It is very important to understand the biases that might get involved in the research since we get very involved with the subject and might mix our personal feeling while presenting the results. To ensure the...
