Their contribution has increased greatly recently and funding has changed to reflect the tighter resources available. This module will enable students to explore the many different structures of social enterprises and the voluntary sector and their role in the provision of health and social care services. Aims Students will develop an understanding of how voluntary organisations operate and are managed. The module will also explore the role of the social enterprises in supporting statutory services, particularly with reference to the relationship between these organisations. Abstract
In today’s social scenario the role of the social enterprises is very eminent. The social enterprises manage the different voluntary organisations and sometimes these voluntary organisations are also termed as the different non-profit organisations as well. With the different modifications and the globalisation, the world is upgrading continuously but every action has some negative reaction as well. The social complexities and poverty also took a pace in the last decade. That is the reason why there is a huge need for the different voluntary organisations that will come forward and help to reduce the social complexities and the pove
rty elements as well. This research paper highly discusses the role of these organisations for the betterment of society.
The different management scenario of these organisations has been also discussed as well. As these voluntary organisations are non-profit the organisational structure is very different from the normal ones. The employee recruitments and their payment structure are also different from the other organisations. That is the reason why the management of these organisations has to be done a little differently. This will give an overview of the different activities by these social enterprises and what exact role they play to reduce the different social problems. It has also been observed that they have situations like the fundings for different social causes or natural disasters.
This research paper has thrown lights on the actual concept of social enterprises. Besides that, the distinct roles played by social enterprises has also been discussed here in detail. The organisations need to maintain a proper decorum as they sometimes deal with some very delicate social calamities. Background of the Research
In this age of globalisation and modernisation though the world has progressed a lot there are various situations which have proved that many people and companies have suffered a lot as well. In these scenarios, the social enterprises have acted as a rescue to the different social differences and calamities (Pasricha and Rao, 2018). There are different social problems and the poverty scenario which needs help from the different social enterprises which provides the voluntary service to the groups.
The existence of the social enterprise or voluntary organisations is very important because of this contribution to the different salutary services like security guard services, housekeeping services and many others. The dearth of the jobs in this Twenty-First Century is the main reason behind poverty (Lee, Chang and Kim, 2017). These social enterprises support the different people suffering from the different social calamities, poverty or the unemployment.that is the reason why the discussion of the roles and management has been made in this research for the better understanding of the importance of these organisations.
