Dynamic Leadership Context: The purpose of all three assessments combined is to reflect on your own leadership journey, obtain feedback from your assigned partner and other trusted sources, evaluate your current leadership style, effectiveness and potential and then prepare a plan for your continued development as a leader. The three assessments are integrated pieces of work and you should draw on the first parts as you work on this final part. The first assessment focused on your journey so far and current capabilities. This final assessment report should present your plans for your future development as a leader While there is some overlap between this assessment and previous ones, it is expected that students convey a more heightened sense of self-awareness and understanding, and demonstrate that their appreciation of the key topic areas of this course has matured over the course of this subject. Simply restating discussion from previous assessments is insufficient for this task. Your Task: The task for this assessment is to prepare and present a plan for your development as a leader. The period of your plan could be 2, 5 or 10 years. Select the period that makes the most sense to you, depending on the current stage of your life and career. Briefly explain the reason for the time period that you have selected. Your plan needs to be based on or anchored by an established model of personal development. A number of possible models were provided in Module 1. The choice of model is up to you. The Whitmore GROW and Boyatzis Intentional Change models are two of the most comprehensive at a personal level. However, other models may be more relevant to your current needs. You are also welcome to use an appropriate model that was not included in Module 1, provided it meets the tests of academic rigor and usefulness to you. You must provide a brief description of your chosen model and a justification for your selection. It is important that you go to the source documents and not rely only on the summary version of your chosen model. Please also include a section in your report about the impact of national culture on your leadership direction. Your development plan must draw on the resources of the subject to demonstrate your increased awareness of the factors that contribute to effective leadership. Your development goals should be based on at least four of the topics covered in the subject, such as enhanced emotional intelligence, more effective strategic thinking, enhanced influencing and motivational skills, greater cultural sensitivity, greater support for creativity and innovation, more effective change leadership, greater resilience, etc Additional information on leadership development to help you prepare your plan is provided in the Subject Resources section of each module. Structure: Within the body of your report, the model of development that you choose will largely determine the structure and section headings. The precise structure is up to you however a clear logic flow is important. A possible structure for your report is as follows: 1. The use of an “Executive Summary” to summarise the content of your report. 2. A clear logic flow, demonstrated by using a “Table of Contents” page and section headings. The Table of Contents should be attractively formatted to present a positive first impression to readers. 3. An “Introduction” to set the context and provide background to the aim. 4. An “Aim” that communicates exactly what the report is setting out to achieve. This should reflect and summarise the precise question set in the assessment brief. 5. The body of your report should address and explore the issues set out in the assessment brief. 6. A “Conclusion” to capture your key learnings is desirable in a business subject. Detailed, supporting information such as psychometric results and planning templates should be placed in an appendix, where they will not be included in the word count. 7. A list of References formatted in the correct APA style. These sources need to have actually been consulted in the drafting of the assignment, and must contain the information attributed to them. 8. Appendices may be used to hold information that is relevant to your discussion but not suitable (too lengthy, complex, etc) for inclusion in the body of your report. All items included in appendices must be referred to specifically in the report. Please note that Executive Summary, Table of Contents, References and Appendices are not included in the word count calculation. This structure is a suggestion only and is not mandatory, however using this structure correctly will enable you to build a logical and comprehensive narrative. Other structures would be appropriate, provided that they enable you to demonstrate your learning according to the rubric shown at the end of this brief. Detailed, supporting information about your own personal leadership traits such as psychometric results, mentoring with and by other students, personal reflection, planning templates, etc., should be provided. These must be authentic – do not invent these elements. Think deeply and write authentically from the heart. Include specific detail and demonstrate understanding of the subject content. Note that deep personal reflection lies at the heart of this report and there needs to be recognition of personal change as a result of this reflection. SMART methodology will ensure the details of your plan are both measurable and achievable. These goals must be grounded in your core values and reflect alignment with your authentic leadership behaviors. Your discussion MUST reflect the topics presented in this course as a minimum. It is expected that students will demonstrate that they understand and can apply the various theoretical perspectives contained in the modules. Reflexive Writing - First Person: You should write in the first person, because this is about YOU, your reflections and your interpretations. (eg “I considered this advice to be….. because it had a big impact on my……..and it helped me to understand my………..”). Try to be as specific as possible, use brief examples to illustrate your points and try to select examples that enable you to demonstrate learning against the attributes in the rubric.

DYNAMIC LEADERSHIP PLAN
Executive Summary
The purpose of this assessment is to develop a leadership plan that will assist me in improving my leadership capabilities so that I may become a more genuine leader. I think that everybody is born a winner, and that their leadership emerges over time and in different situations. To be a successful leader, everybody should assess oneself, identify their talents and weaknesses, and prepare appropriately. This assessment outlines my five-year leadership plan, in which I expect to grow and enhance my leadership characteristics inside the time limit I have set. With this leadership approach, I observed a few
different developmental models and theories. I have also used various self-assessment methods with this leadership plan, such as the Whitmore GROW model and the Boyatzis purposeful transformation approach. Those same models assist me in evaluating my entire leadership abilities and provide me with an idea of how to prepare for my career in order to achieve my objective inside the specified time I specified.

Introduction
In corporate and company processes, leadership is unavoidable. It likes giving orders and making supervising efforts to keep a group of individuals under command. Leadership, as per Starr's description, is a long-term method to giving analytical reasoning in order to solve organisational problems. This is not a naturally occurring phenomenon for someone to develop the necessary leadership qualities. Leadership necessitates fostering and growth in order for an individual to be capable of carrying out the procedures associated with leadership. My notion of responsibility is not limited to a candidate's ability to solve issues. A strong leader should have the ability by a variety of factors. Dynamic leadership looks at how adaptable and flexible people are to transformation. I prefer to judge administration in terms of the long-term plan that can be achieved as a result of leadership.
A dynamic leader should reinforce the proper activities that foster cooperation, conflict resolution, and proposed method. As a strong leader, we must be sufficient to convey forward the elements that will help the company succeed. This should take a half-decade for me to reach my goal in terms of change training and development programmes. Five years is enough time to obtain the necessary leadership skills. I should have ample amount of time to do self-examination and evaluation in order to discover areas of my administration that need improvement. The Whitmore GROW model will be used in my dynamic leadership strategy. This model summarises the measures I should take to conduct a comprehensive study of my professional development.
The Aim
A defined number of criteria is required for every growth strategy. Throughout my professional development plan, I must understand everything I want and also what I would not want. My major objective is to become a more capable leader with the appropriate leadership characteristics. The objective, as shown by the models, assists in developing the proposal's main goal. My main goal is to increase my managing abilities and overall leadership performance. Knowing this, the aim will assist me in sticking to my successful implementation. One of the key long-term objectives I must set for myself is to improve my suppleness. Within my dynamic leadership path, adaptability is a major concern. How good I would be able to adapt to changing developments is a good indicator of dynamic leadership competency. I would spend a lot of time investigating my adaptability attribute as a means to improve my leadership abilities. This is an important aim that will influence the way I lead. It will point me in the right direction for accomplishing my long-term goal of adaptability. Emotional maturity is a goal I would set for myself on my leadership path.
Sympathy is crucial in deciding my emotional worth in my leadership activities, and as a manager, I should have it. Even while dynamic leadership is interested in understanding people and restoring compassion, emotional meaning should not take precedence over judgement-making. By relying on my emotional maturity to provide my judgement on particular difficulties, I will be able to offer lasting solutions that restore justice in delivering solutions to the individual I would be guiding. I am well aware of the importance of leaders avoiding the use of emotions while making decisions. According to Hess and Bacigalupo (2019), when empathy is substituted with compassion, biased decision-making emerges. As part of identifying my career development goal, I need to make sure I have the necessary skills for managing my emotions. This is a critical criterion that should guide my leadership strategy.
Determining what I want to accomplish will be critical in advancing my leadership path to accomplishment (Leach, 2020). As a manager, I ought to have effective communication, dispute resolution, and critical thinking abilities. Effective communication is essential in human resources, according to my growth path. Without greater communication, the organization's management and coordination will be impossible to attain. I need to decide which communication ability will be the emphasis of my leadership development. In order to improve my coordination and management talents, I need to improve my communication skills.
People coordination and control are characteristics of dynamic leadership. The same communication competence, according to Carton and Tewfik (2019), fosters excellent conflict management and offers sensible judgments. In dynamic leadership, strategic planning is an unavoidable scope. Strategic planning should ideally be based on innovative thinking. I should be able to include the appropriate entities or persons in decision-making. Communication is an important factor in determining a leader's ability. The mention of these important goals to focus on using the GROW model will increase my efforts in establishing my leadership target.
Self Analysis
Understanding my reality and present skills can assist me in determining where to begin in constructing my leadership strategy (Panchal & Riddell, 2020). First and foremost, I must assess my existing leadership qualities. I should be capable of doing a self-evaluation or self-assessment of my existing traits and talents. Understanding the current situation will serve as the foundation for my...
