The library system development project addresses the need for some necessary applications that help students during their studies. The library system development project aims to find a way to help students who have been out of learning for a long time. The aim of including the library system with modules (educational videos) is to use them if students are unable to access or use some of the library programs that they need to complete their academic tasks. The focus in this study is on designing and creating educational videos that explain to students the main basics when using the programs. Instructional videos have been prepared and designed that include an explanation of the steps that students should apply while working on the programs, see the figure1 (steps of access and use One Drive) as example. The research paper included the steps or instructions needed to enable the students to work. The steps or instructions and the videos are designed to include how to upload, download, save and make changes to files, how to access and use Office programs (Office 365), how to use browsers, access and use One Drive, access and use Adobe Creative Cloud and how to print with web applications. Students who have not used computers during their school life be helped by having modules (educational videos) in library systems to work on computers. Having modules in desktop computers that explain to students how the programs work is a useful factor in making it easier for them to work on these programs. This project includes six modules. Videos for each unit were created and edited using a Camtasia program, (see figure 3). Figure 3: Camtasia Studio The first module includes teaching students (how to download and download files, save files, and file manipulation) from computers or websites (see figure 4). In this module, the site has been used https://onedrive.live.com/ site to explain how to upload a file from a computer to one drive, and then select a file and download it to the student's computer and then save it. The second module contains how to access office programs such as (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), the third module is how to use various web browsers, the fourth module is how to access and use OneDrive, the fifth module is how to access and use Adobe Creative Cloud and finally module is how to print using a web browser. Figure 4: One Drive site Chapter 1.1:- Problem Statement: The development of the library system and the introduction of some applications or modules (tutorial videos) to help students who do not have enough experience to deal with computer programs has become a necessity nowadays. The goal of developing the library system is to find a way to help students understand how to access and work on programs. This worksheet aims to make these modules in the library system a reference for students to return when they need them. Students shall learn the basic functions and operations of the computer (i.e., upload, download, and save files, file manipulation), they shall know how to access and utilize Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook),and they shall learn to use various web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge),and also they shall learn how to access and use OneDrive (Save, upload, share OneDrive files). In addition they shall learn how to access and use Adobe Creative Cloud and how to print using web applications. In fact, students access the library computers through their accounts at the university, which they can use, for example, through the e-mail page, they can access and use office software, and other programs covered in this paper. When creating the modules, it was divided into two parts, the first part of the module is an explanation of the steps of how to access and implement the program, see figure 5 (Example of creating the modules). the second part is the practical implementation of those steps according to the steps mentioned at the beginning of the module. In the first module, the work is divided into two parts about uploading and downloading files and how to save them students' devices. The second module (B) contains four office programs, which are Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and an educational video was created for each program separately. In Module (C), the work was divided into three titles for the most popular current browsers used by students, namely Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge, where an educational video was created for each title that includes steps or instructions for how to work on the browsers. In modules (D), OneDrive was used when explaining the steps, where an educational video was created showing how to implement the steps for this unit. Also, module (E) included an educational video on how to implement the steps to access and use the Adobe Creative Cloud program. In Module (F) Firefox is used to demonstrate how to print a document through a web browser. Figure 5: Example of creating the modules Chapter 1.2 :- Rationale and Significance: The library system was developed by writing and designing educational videos for the need of students who have not used or worked on computers for a long time as steps or instructions for each unit (educational video) were created and written, (see figure 6). The work was divided into six modules and the objective of each module was determined (see the table in figure 7). The goal of this project is for students to learn how to access and use software they need to work with, such as Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as learn how to use browsers and upload and download files from websites to computers. Figure 6: Adobe creative cloud steps Figure 7: Training Application Goals Chapter 2:- Digital Training Systems Background In their study, Vlasenko and Ivanova found that the Internet and its information channels are more than just a repository for knowledge; they are also popular modes of communication that can assist interlocutors in gaining beneficial experience. Students increasingly use digital technology to virtualize their education and work, which provides various advantages such as easy access, faster information transmission, and more opportunities for learning. This kind of practical training deprives education of the procedures and work principles typical of the professional environment, including those that building facilities might require. Although the benefits of multimedia for language teaching are undeniable, there are many disadvantages as well. Many of these are related to issues rooted in language learning or the educational process itself. For example, it has been shown that students often misunderstand and misinterpret various social and production processes when performing them virtually rather than in person. However, in today's world, where virtual conversation has become the norm, many people do not engage in discussion and end up misunderstanding each other. This is why the increasing use of virtual means of communication is ineffective — in-person communication produces more effective results in terms of professional competencies and their formation. Virtualization of the
