Marshfield Bakery is a pioneering company which has a team dedicated to developing the business and consistently searching for various methods of enhancing operations. Hand-made cakes, biscuits, snack bars and seasonal foods are some of the quality food stuffs that are manufactured by Marshfield Bakery. These foods are distributed all over the UK and Europe. When the company was looking for the development of an innovative strategy to move in the new markets, they had moved towards SWMAS to come up for their support. Marshfield Bakery had an on-going relationship with SWMAS which was the best thing about working according to them (SWMAS, 2021). SWMAS was not just present for the sake of seeing them, making some recommendations and then vanish, but SWMAS was there continuous support and very reliable for consistent engagement.

To manage service procedures in an effective manner.
To manage in centralizing the service data to obtain a 360 degree vision of the customers.
To enable designs, be creative and compose business rules and regulations for the organization.
To accomplish flexibility and composition for the important characteristics of service collaborations.
Losing control of the customer relationships which results in greater customer blend and lost profits of the company as the equilibrium of power moves more towards customers and this project management will authorize the customer relationships and upkeep the company to compose allied customer involvement all over the channels to motivate customer satisfaction, arrangement and retention.
The loss of perceptibility over the customer-experiencing service methods are resulted from the split systems that are dealt by the service organization. Therefore, the control board for business administrators from contact centers, service, warranty, parts, fields and support service are to enable the service collaborations and customer expeditions that are adaptable. Flexibility and composition to accomplish the important characteristics of service collaborations will be provided to empower customer service and support managers (SWMAS, 2021).
Managing of centralizing the service data will be initiated as the data silos makes it difficult to obtain a 360 degree vision of the customers and therefore, an organization is unsuccessful to understand the complete value of prospective lifetime. Applications for making it easier in order to manage master database of the organization will be shared all over the service methods which includes products, brands, dealers, customers, service networks, parts and its catalogues and knowledge. There will be an improvement in service delivery due to regularity and quality of the data for the organization (Mize, 2021).
