Please Read Guidelines in the docxQuestion- Based on the Research Topic that your Team has finalized, find 10 academic articles that are directly related to your topic and develop a literature review. Each team is required to complete a literature review with 10 sources. One group = a total of 10 articles needed!!!!! You will put it together into one document. Make sure you include a reference page (followed by APA style) at the end which must include full citations of your articles that you use. My group has agreed to do research into what programs have been affected or canceled by COVID. This can be accomplished by sending out a questionnaire or survey to cities in the Bay Area and asking:  1. What programs have been canceled due to Covid? 2. What programs have been affected by Covid?  3. What measures is your city doing to protect against Covid in your programs? 4. Has the amount of people allowed to attend each program been lowered?  5. Has the staffing level been affected by Covid? These five questions can be used to evaluate the different levels of what cities have do to help fight Covid and what they have lost because of Covid and organizations also having trouble now finding the staff to bring our numbers back up to the normal levels for the programs we do have back.
