PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTSPLEASE SEE (NEED GOOD GRADES) AND FOLLOW THAT DOCUMENT FOR DOING THIS ASSESSMENT.WE HAVE DONE ONE GROUP ASSESSMENT IN WEEK 8 . I HAVE ATTACHED THAT AS WELL WHERE I WAS WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST YOU CAN EXPLAIN ALL THAT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT IN THE ATTACHMENT (PROJECT).

NEED GOOD GRADES? SHOULD EXPLAIN ACCORDING TO THIS …… Demonstrated understanding of the learning cycle/reflection model – a. Demonstrated understanding of Kolb’s learning cycle. The four stages are clearly articulated and somewhat add to the discussion. Reflection and analysis of own experiences demonstrating independent thinking and expressing meaningful insights. a. The learning journey has a good level of depth and the student has shown a hint of vulnerability as well as good detail in how they have grown as a person and as a professional. b. Reflection and analysis of own experiences is personalized, and to a certain extent demonstrates independent thinking and expresses insights Evidence of changed thinking and/or goal setting due to new understanding of behaviour - The scope of the learning journey may need to be a. adjusted or the account provided may need more imagination as to how the subject developed the student. b. Goals were set for the future Guide: Assessment 3: Sample Report Structure This assessment task requires you to reflect on your experiences in MIS500 this trimester by following a four-step process to gain insights into the work you have done and how it relates to your own career and life more broadly. In doing so, you will need to produce a weekly journal to record your learning and then as the trimester comes to a close reflect on these experiences and submit a final reflection of 1000 words This is a report structure, so you need to have a Title for the Report and a Table of Contents. 1. Introduction: Sample report introduction including all four components of the Kolb learning cycle: This reflective report provides a reflection on my experiences in MIS500 – Foundations of Information Systems this trimester using the Kolb (1984) learning cycle from his model of experiential learning. It describes the learning activities recorded in a weekly journal and the impact the materials and tasks had on me and my development as step one, which is attached as an appendix to the report. I reflected on the experiences to summarise what had happened over the period in step two and identified learning themes. From this I analysed what this meant for me in step three, identifying new knowledge and what it meant to me. Lastly, in step four I developed a plan for what I wanted to do with this new knowledge to develop my future studies and my career. I used the Kolb (1984) learning cycle to write this report. (You can demonstrate your understanding of the four stages here and include a diagram of the cycle to reinforce this.) 2. Reflective Observation Summarise what happened. Using the information recorded in the learning journal observe what you learned in the trimester. Were there any themes that arose? What are the key concepts and skills you learned and acquired during the course of this subject. 3. Abstract Conceptualisaion Analyse what you have found. What new knowledge have I gained and what does this information mean. Has this altered or changed my personal beliefs and the way I look at the world. Has my background caused me to look at what I do from one perspective and now to I see other ways to do things. Do I look at things differently in my thinking about information systems or business? 4. Active Experimentation New action, using what had been learned to develop a plan for what I want to do with what I have learned. Using the new insights identify how you will include any changes of thinking or behaviour in your future studies or careers. Identify any specific goals for your future studies or career. For example you might decide to join professional organisations in information technology; or make sure you read widely on developments in the information technology field through business magazines, or undertake some of the learning from LinkedIn Learning on areas where you want to build your knowledge about new developments in areas like cloud computing or artificial intelligence, or build your skills in presenting to others for consulting or work, or learn more about how to use agile approaches in how you work ….etc Summary of Module - 1 Content: In this module you have learnt how a series of technological revolutions has changed how people interact with each other and how this has created demand for innovative strategic practices for business.  This has in turn required information systems and IT departments to respond rapidly by facilitating rapid generational change as emerging technology has come to market. You will also learn more about the power of ‘Big Data’ in driving strategic competitive advantage. Summary of Module- 2 Content: Data, information management and knowledge management · In this module you have learnt about data, information and knowledge and how Big Data and Knowledge Management are instrumental to an organisation’s success. · How did the learning activities relate to module content/assessments? · This module lays the foundation for the next discussion as to how enterprise systems allow an organisation to successfully operate in meeting the needs of the market Summary of Module - 3 Content: · In this module you have learned about enterprise solutions in general, and about CRM, ERP and BI in particular. · You scrum activities relate directly to managing the progress of your group project and remaining on track while the content and subject matter covered in this module will be required as part of the content of your group presentation and report. · We have already lightly discussed how CRM and ERP systems are transitioning to cloud computing solutions – in Module 4 we will develop a deeper understanding of the principles of enterprise architecture and how different enterprise architecture philosophies influence choices of infrastructure. Summary of Module - 5 Content: In this module you have learned about the practice of reflection and how important it can be for improving your performance in your career. You will have developed techniques for reflection by working through several practical exercises. 1. Introduction
Self-reflection can be considered as one of the most effective tools humans possess because it provides the capacity to exercise introspection along with the ability to learn more concerning their fundamental essence and nature. There can be numerous models, which provides the framework while drafting a self-reflection and I would use ‘Kolb’s Learning Cycle’ in order to draft this reflective paper. The paper will discuss some of the experiences, which I acquired through the modules and dissertations.
Further, efforts would be made to present new learning and action plans acquired from the modules and group project in order to achieve success in future. Moreover, the learning activities described here would be retrieved from the weekly journal along with the impact of those activities on me using Kolb’s learning cycle. Kolb’s Learning Cycle or Reflective Cycle has four steps as followed,
i. Concrete Experience – During this phase, individuals seeks or indulges themselves with activities or functions in order to receive experience.
ii. Reflective Observation – This is where the reflective work starts because here individuals review their actions while they were part of the experience.
iii. Abstract Conceptualisation- This includes summarisation of potential learnings or skills acquired from the experience.
iv. Active Experimentation – During this step, individuals plan to function or validate the learnings acquired from the experience by planning or practically trying them in order to identify their effectiveness (Morris, 2019).
2. Reflective Observation
This trimester was filled with learnings and new experiences and I learnt numerous new skills as well as learnings. Module one, of this trimester, allowed me to understand the importance of technology and technological revolutions as, this changed the way people used to interact....
