Introduction
The four general educational lenses are the natural science, humanities, social Sciences and the history. I think that these lenses can be very helpful for me to understand about different topics. For this report I am selecting Wellness as the topic to relate them with these lenses and understand all that deep concepts about it.
These lenses can help me to analyse different perspectives and standpoint about the wellness and I can also learn this concept in a more comprehensive way. The Wellness is that topic which is very high in today's world and everyone can relate with it very easily. It is very important for us to know about this topic in detail so that we can have a better lifestyle and I can develop few programs which can help the patients also.
When I studied about all the 4 lenses then it became easier for me to relate it with the topic and understand the different aspects of the topic as per each lens. The lens can be used to find out how the world used to be as per the social science, how the human being changed as per humanities, how people used to see this topic as per history and how the natural science is related with the topic (Wallace, J. E., Lemaire, J. B., & Ghali, W. A.).
The wellness topic is very relatable for me as it is in my course and can help me to understand it in better way as I can relate with it. All the lens has different impact over the wellness topic. The wellness is since the time when human life started on the earth, so it has direct relation with history, humanities common natural science and social science.
When we use social science lesson to understand wellness then it allows me to find out dif
ferent factors which directly influence the health of the individual and their perception of the Wellness. Similarly, when we relate balance topic with the historical lens then it can help me to understand how the Wellness has progressed and why it is the way it is in current world. The values have a very significant influence on the field of study and future profession also (Myers, J. E).

The main focus of the healthcare management is to coordinate the health services, improve patient care and overseas healthcare system which are present in the healthcare facilities. It is very important to understand the wellness as it directly focuses on the main objectives of my degree. If I can understand about this topic in detail, then it can also enable me to allocate resources efficiently and construct a new program about the health care for the patients in my career (Myers, J. E.).
The wellness is the most multifaceted topic as it has the ability to relate with all the perspectives of different lenses. We have different stages from which we can view for the wellness. The social science can be defined as a study of the society and the relationship which exist between the people. When we study about the behaviour and interaction of the human then it can overlap the humanity lens which is a different culture.
Social Science Lens
The social science can be defined as the study of society and the relationship which established between the people. The study about the human behaviour and interaction can overlap with the humanities lens which is used to study about different cultures. When we study about this lens then we can relate it with culture and human relationships (Bell, M. P., & Berry, D. P).
It helps us to understand the lifestyle of people and how we can improve their lives. The social scientist can use primary and secondary sources to come to a conclusion within this lens. This lens also refers to include different variety of fields like anthropology, psychology and sociology. This social science can also interact with other lenses like the lens of history in which we can learn about the social relationship which took place at a particular time in the past. it helps us to find out how they used to work together and interact with each other.
When we use the social science as the lens to understand the Wellness then it gives a science of relationship and the society. The society and the living style directly affect the wellness of an individual. It is very important to focus on how we live in our daily that style and what rules we follow to have a good health.

Natural Science Lens
The natural science can be defined as the study of physical world and it also includes other field's like physics, biology cover chemistry along with STEM related disciplines like mathematics and technology. The natural scientist can develop different questions and use a specific process to describe, observe and predict the natural world. The natural Sciences are led by the scientific method which we can adapt from the science field and apply it to other languages also.
When we use the natural science as the lens then we can see about the logics and the technology which are directly affecting the Wellness. We know in today's world new technologies are emerging on daily basis which are directly affecting our health and even creating new health issues for us. Technologies are making us lazy and it becomes difficult for a person to have a healthy lifestyle which is again related with the social science lens. There are technologies which are developed to make our life easier.
The technologies which are developed to check for the health of a patient are very helpful in treating them and taking care of them easily and less time but the technologies which are directly affecting our organs are not good for our health and do you leave a negative impact over our Wellness (Samuel, A., Konopasky, A., Schuwirth, L. W., King, S. M., & Durning, S. J.).
History Lens
Most of us know about the history as a list of dates which we need to learn but history is not about dates and facts, but it is more than that. The history can be defined as the study of event which took place in past time. The historians use primary sources to understand about the different events which took place (Gaucher, D., Friesen, J., & Kay, A. C.). They also uses first-hand account of experiences which can be artifacts of that time, letters of the people who lived at the time, document of that time, photographs and the first-hand account of the people who were alive in the historian time.
When we use the historical lens to understand the different trends of the Wellness then it can help us to understand the historical impact over our health. There are different methods in our history which were used to have a healthy life. The natural treatments were used to cure the patient and find out the reason of a disease which are very good for a health. The history shows that there were natural ways which were used to treat a patient (Samuel, A., Konopasky, A., Schuwirth, L. W., King, S. M., & Durning, S. J).
Humanities Lens
The humanities can be defined as the study of cultures around the world and it also gives us a personality to find out the similarities and differences between the cultures. The humanities allow us to broaden the perspective and promote the understanding of different experiences, values and cultures using different mediums which can be literature art, dance, philosophy and photography (Earhart, A. E., Risam, R., & Bruno, M). The professionals only use primary sources for humanities and they also ask about different cultural values and their importance (Duffy, M).
When we see the Wellness using the last lens which is humanities then it can allow us to understand the effect of wellness over the cultures around the world. When we use this lens to understand the Wellness concept then it is very clear that Wellness can be different in different cultures. At one place people might use different rules for their life for the wellness and at another place people be feel those rules as not good for the health (Brandow, C. L., Brandow, J. S., & Cave, C.).
Conclusion
In this report I studied about different lenses and how they can help us to understand different aspects of a technology. In this report I studied about the Wellness and all its aspects in deeper way. The Wellness is studied through humanities, social science, natural science and history. In this report I have included the detailed information about each of the lens and how they impact over the lifestyle.
The Wellness is that topic with which each one of us can relate very easily as it is the most important part of our lives and the four educational lenses can help us to understand how we can improve the Wellness and how it used to be in our past. The report includes overview about the Wellness through humanities lens, natural science, social science and history lens.
It shows how the people used to treat in the past and how we can use the same method now for the treatment and took your patient in less time. How the natural science can impact the valence of a human being is also discussed in this report.

The toxic chemicals can impact the economic development on which we are dependent. The health and Wellness is a blooming industry in which we are still falling short to educate the citizens of the world on the lifestyle and nutrition, how to have a healthy life, how to avoid disease and how to avoid stress on the job.
