Whom should I choose to be my recommenders?
Can be from your direct supervisor or from someone who can comment on your leadership skills and/or potential; this may be a former supervisor, another professional associate, or a university professor.
I will be selecting my professor for the same as I feel, as his student, he knows me inside out very well. He has guided me throughout the course and he knows about my strengths. He has motivated me to transform myself as a person and reflect my qualities, which I possess. He mentored me to overcome my fears of facing challenges and combating with them through strategic approaches. Without him, my learnings would not be as effective as they should be. His guidance to improve the way I perceive subjects is changed. I am more flexible, open and accommodating.
The other recommender will be a former supervisor in one of my previous company. He holds the position until now and responsible for transforming my professional background.
