Purpose
The purpose of the study was to introduce the new and modern technology in the GPS technology which helps the user to track the devices by installing GPS tracking devices in their automobile (Pham, Dacosta, et.al., 2017). Another purpose of undertaking the survey was to create awareness regarding the unparallel opportunities for the purpose of discovering the fraud activities of the mobile taxi rides.
Reason
The main reason for choosing the same was to know about the percentage and the category of users making use of the same. The survey report have shown that there are several reasons which justifies for opting the same and one of them are that these are cost effective in nature, are the fastest mode, are comfortable but was rest with one deficiency known as safety and hence to consider the same survey was taken into account.
Nature
As multiple users prefer multiple application for choosing the various available mobile taxi services at different time and at the various locations and hence it is not possible to conduct the survey of various variable at a single point of time and hence the nature of the survey is longitudinal which includes repeated observation.
Population
In the present survey the targeted population belongs to majorly to the urban area adults which amounts to approximately 58% in the previous 5 months and it can be concluded from the same that the use of mobile taxi rides are significant and is more common in urban areas when compared to the other areas of the city (Kerschbamer, and Sutter,...
