Question 2: Agency for international development Enhancing Decision-Making Tools and Performing Audit Analysis with the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance USAID-USA-59 Summary The intern will work to provide audit research support to the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance’s (BHA) Partner Audit Unit (PAU) related to Recipient Audit Contracted Audits (RCAs), Pre-Award Surveys, (PAS), and Financial Assessments and Compliance Reviews (FACRs), and any additional review tasks. Description USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) provides life-saving humanitarian assistance—including food, water, shelter, emergency healthcare, sanitation and hygiene, and critical nutrition services— to the world’s most vulnerable and hardest-to-reach people. BHA is the lead federal coordinator for international disaster assistance, harnessing the expertise and unique capacities of other U.S. government entities to effectively respond to natural disasters and complex crises around the world. The intern will directly support BHA's Partner Audit Unit. This unit conducts NGO applicants’ pre-award risk management, such as performing new partner pre-award surveys to determine whether the organizations have the financial and administrative capability to manage USAID awards. The unit prepares pre-award risk assessments, including recommending the insertion of specific conditions into BHA awards. The Partner Audit Unit also manages the Title II and IDA-funded financial compliance review process to ensure they are used in accordance with applicable laws and award provisions. Lastly, the Partner Audit Unit monitors scopes of work for recipient contracted audits (RCAs) and tracks findings and corrective actions from recipients' single audits and RCAs. This project will seek to develop the intern’s skills in performing various audit, risk, and compliance-related work. USAID/BHA’s Partner Audit Unit is looking for support in reviewing and updating existing Partner Audit Unit checklists and trackers. Tracking audit status of all USAID/BHA NGO partners. Designing and implementing a tracker tool for financial statement audits; supplemental schedule to the financial statements (SEFA) to assist RCA and Pre-Award Risk Assessments. Following up with NGO recipients on recommendation, specific award conditions and corrective action plans. Tracking audit status of all BHA NGO recipients, internal and external inquiries, and corrective action plans. Assisting in reviews of non-U.S. NGO audit scopes of work to ensure it meets USAID requirements. Assisting in the completion of the RCA audit checklist review and drafts of related follow-up questions regarding the RCA audit report. Assisting in research to respond to non-U.S. NGO, internal USAID, and external party inquiries to the PAU team. Reviewing Automated Directives System (ADS) guidance and document suggested updates based on reviews and PAU team discussion.         Management Fee Language:
        The Fund will pay to the Investment Manager a fee for its services (the “Management Fee”) for each month equal to one-twelfth of
        the result of the applicable Management Fee Rate multiplied by the net asset value of each series of Shares as of the end of such
        month (before taking into account the estimated accrued Performance Allocation and Management Fee and after reduction for all
        other fees and expenses for the month, if any).
        Side Letter Language:
        At all times when the Investors’ Net Subscriptions (as defined below) are equal to or greater than $70 million
        but less than $125 million, the Management Fee rate applicable to the Investor shall be equal to 1.95% per
        annum. Further, when the Investors’ Net Subscriptions are equal to or greater than $125 million,
