This critical review will allow you to apply marketing system theory to a recent event that taken place in Australia. It is critical because you need to have solid understanding on theories and then apply in the contexts of such wrongdoings by financial institutions. Please note that you are not solving a problem here but analyzing the event.

Critical Review
Each student is required to develop a critical analysis on the way banks undertaken illegal or corrupt measure to gain profit. This assessment requires you to identify and analyze marketing systems theory that are most relevant to this case. Firstly, you must identify an Australian organization (A bank or an insurance company etc.). Finally, you need to suggest 1-3 ways the organization can improve their structure and function to avoid being involved in future scandals. We expect you to reference in the Harvard style. Your reference list should contain between five to ten academic references.
