There are many terms that can be used for lean project management. The first one is voice of the customer. This is a word that is used to describe how the customer feels. It is in the process of listening to the customer and meeting their expectations, priorities and abuse. It is a market research technique that is used in determining the exact needs and needs of the customer in each case. The client's voice involves steps that are both in nature and in quality.
