Predict the monthly rent based on around 28'000 oberservations. Sometimes observations for variables are missing, so the data must be imputed using MICE. We can use LASSO- & Ridgeregression, non-linear models, and tree based models (must explore 3 of these). Output should be code and a short report presenting of results. The model will be tested on a test-dataset (which I do not have).
