Context: Agile software development is both an incremental and iterative software development methodology. A working understanding of Agile methodology is critical to IS project management. This group assessment requires you to present your understanding of an aspect of Agile methodology or a specific implementation of Agile (e.g. Scrum) and apply it to a real-life IS project. Instructions: 1. Choose an implementation of Agile Software Development Methodology (‘Agile’), which includes:  Extreme Programming (XP);  Scrum;  Any other implementation of Agile.
