Introduction
For many years, we have been told to eat good food, exercise regularly and to take adequate sleep. This information flashes in television, newspaper, books and radio from time to time. The relation of good sleep, nutritious diet and regular exercise interrelated with each other. For the health life, we all need these three in a right amount and at the right time. Instead of all these, people would not be able to reduce weight, they do not have energy to greet and feel less enthusiasm. Individual missed something, because of which they do not get what they want. It is the interconnection between sleep, diet and exercise in one’s life.
Relation between Memory, Diet and Sleep, and its Significance for Students
Sleep does magic to the body, it is must mechanism to rejuvenate the mind and the body. Adequate amount of sleep is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Many researches proved that mammal needs adequate amount of sleep. As mentioned by Pinheiro-da-Silva et al. (2017), it regulates the mood and helps to learn things better and proper functioning of the memory. If student feels sleepy, he or she would not be able to perform well in exams or learning any new skills. Sleep is one of the critical factors and important that regulates energy level and weight.
During the sleep, the thoughts and experiences organized into a brain in separate department and it would be easy to recall in future. As indicated by Casey et al. (2016), if the student is sleep deprived one, this function destroyed to some extent. The sleep quality interrelated with individual weights. The important factor to note is that, not only adequate sleep but also the quality of the sleep is necessary. Due to the sleep apnea, student trunk and the neck area started to increase the weight. These interacting problems of the increasing weight with sleep apnea will create difficulties to help oneself off the slippery slope of health problems.
