Introduction
Through this article, we would be analyzi
ng and examining a quick review on the PMBoK that belongs to the Project Management Institute (PMI, USA) ailing with the APM (Association of Project Managers) (UK). in my views by integrating and including the PRINCE2, which is a significant software product along with the project management, that has helped to attain to fit in between and to be able to determine the body of knowledge along with accustoming with the full-scale SW product. This is also attributed to relate and connect the key courses of the APM and Prince2 that have originally been established from the UK, similarly, PMBoK belongs to PMI of USA (Fleming, 2017).
Comparison
To my knowledge while the APM has briefly represented to the BoK which belongs from France, Germany, UK, along with Switzerland. Similarly the bodies of the PMBoK along with the APM are defined as a body of knowledge in comparison to the PRINC2 which is also defined as a PM software product that has been extensively been branded and also be described to be the prescriptive (it is also connected to the user that would have a limited flexibility and it would be interrupted to the overall framework), along with examine with the BoK that would also be able to define a body of knowledge, that is required to be put to use through the key operational elements (Harrison, 2017).
Benefits of project management
In my opinion, while going through the course outlined through the structured approaches which is integrated from the PMBOK along with the products which are the Prince2, that can also be connected to capture all elements that would meet with the project upfront and be also be able to educate project team that would help in defining to the various elements and with the existing relationships /dependencies, It would also be important to create and balance the workable along with the accountable team environment. To interpret with the given projects that can connect and also be able to differentiate to the non - project (operational) environments that would also be dependent on an extremely time along with the valuable resource and the connected dependencies would actually be not eternal and it would be defined to be sensitive. This is also examined to be part of the implementation process that can connect to the project that would depend on the team that would also connect to with the assembled. It would help to execute with the given project that would be dependent on the differentiated operational phase which would also help to include the employees work that would be related to the consistent/homogeneous environment and to be dependent on a long time (Heagney, 2016), It would also be attributed to the natural learning process which would define to the job and cross-dependencies.
