Introduction
The elders need the most care in order to stay stress-free and stay fit. At the later stage of life, individuals might have a number of obstacles and ailments in their lives, but if they have a healthcare provider, they can live their lives happily by staying fit and healthy. I, as a healthcare provider, will be providing aged care to elderly people that could be implemented in a residential care environment. I will be putting best efforts to look after the health of old aged people so that they can lives their last stage without any hurdles, without any worries and stress. The plan would be actioned under the non-governmental community service sector aimed at providing care to aged people.
Support Needs of the Chosen Clients
The old aged people may need support when suffering from problems related to eyes, legs or brain and many more. They may need support in myopia or near-sightedness or they may be disabled or immobile. As supported by Gill, Bradley, Cameron and Ratcliffe (2018), people with age lose their body strength if not having proper diet or full care is not given to them. They may start suffering from the problem of numbness and experience a tingling sensation. They might not be able to hear clearly, whatever the others say. They may also have an issue of dementia.
They may not be able to have a sound sleep at this age, thus, suffering from insomnia. Moreover, they may also suffer from various respiratory problems. Elders also suffer from some diseases related to nerves such as balance, movement or talking. Apart from these, it has also been noticed that the elderly people might have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or Spinal Muscular Atrophy. These are some of the...
