Project Objective The ultimate objective of Nickel City Golf and Country Club, if selected for this project is to create a conducive and interactive business environment between our associates and Group H & Associates. Hence, the first step Nickel City Golf and Country Club would take, would be to hold a meeting with Group H & Associates as soon as possible; this will allow the club’s professional staff to introduce themselves. It will also give Group H & Associates the opportunity to brief the staff on the main goals and objectives of the tournament, as well as any requirements with regards to marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Our goal is to gain positive recognition and raise funds to maintain and renovate the golf course by making this tournament a great success. Nickel City Golf and Country Club will provide a team of trained staffs who are very experienced at overseeing participants’ registration for tournaments of this caliber.
The next step in the planning process is an essential one. In this step, our marketing team will collaborate with Group H & Associates, to develop an effective and energetic marketing plan that will not only attract local golfers, but also golfers from other surrounding cities, regardless of their skill sets. The marketing campaign would come into effect immediately we are given the green light to proceed with this project, in order for the community to learn about the event.
Nickel City Golf and Country will provide Group H & Associates with a highly skilled team of marketing professionals to assist Group H & Associates in developing an effective marketing program for the tournament.Several marketing approaches will be initiated to promote this event, taking advantage of direct and indirect marketing channels including radio, television, and print advertisements. Nickel City Golf and Country Club will make use of several channels such as the radio, newspaper and advertising bulletins throughout the community. Our goal is to get the word around town that a major fundraising tournament is being organized for the near future.

The radio is a less expensive marketing tool relatively and is used to reach a large audience. It is an effective and efficient way to promote this event to several targets, promotion using this medium will be done by the use of 2 minutes advertisement slots three times a day for 2 weeks. Some of the radio channels we will be utilizing will include 92.7FM, 93.5FM, 105.3FM, 103.9FM, and KICKS 91.7.
2. Newspapers
