Introduction
    The workplaces of the modern business world are the evolved forms of globalization. Unlike the past when there were literally nominal problems related to the cultural and ethnic d
iversities of people, the modern business world appears to be the most complex place in terms of cultural mixes i.e. people of different cultures work under one roof and it becomes significant for the organization to maintain the repo at workplace, respecting and considering everyone’s cultural values on high priority. The problem of cultural management at workplace can be resolved with the four major resolving factors which can be enlisted as the proper communication between the employees, building of a team which has people of different cultures so that they can understand each other, the scheduled management of time and developing the core competency level of cultural mixes in the employees.
The Rationale behind Selecting the Issue
    At first, the question of cultural management at workplace is a debatable issue; the scholars tend to argue over developing an integrated conceptual framework that would address the needs of employees coming from different cultural backgrounds and working in an environment which is culturally competent enough. The problem lies in the fact that most of the times, the native cultural values of the employees confronts issues with the people of different culture and at times, it creates hindrances in the ways of developing ideal organizational culture. In such typical situation, the problematic issues rise to the top management about managing the cultural clashes at the workplace. It actually affects the overall working patterns in the organizational premises because the employees coming from different caste, creed or even color are treated differently; they are not permitted to feel that freedom of work with which, they hopes to join the organization.
