Introduction
If we have anxiety it is considered as normal however if it is subjected to heightened emotions then it can be bringing out a lot of problems. While on one hand normal anxiety can be considered as very beneficial coupled with adaptive purpose but if it goes unchecked it can also become the root cause of immense amount of suffering for millions of people (Depression: Physical Effects and Complications, 2016).
Four criteria of Mental Health
Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain however, it is more common and also harder to bear. Perhaps the frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden and scar the soul.
