You can call them Child A, Child B, and Child C.  The information about the children can be created and used as the basis for this project or, if you work or you have been on work placement in a suitable workplace, you are able to use information about children from that workplace.  Create a hypothetical profile for each child. Each profile should have the:  · Child’s age, cultural background, personal interests, and their personal information. Once you have given a brief paragraph on each child, discuss:  a. One (1) example of how you would provide care to each child and respond appropriately to their individual needs as well as those of their family   a. For each child identify experiences and strategies to promote physical activities and encourage participation, with:   a. At least one (1) experience that is spontaneous and one (1) that is planned,  b. At least one (1) experience to be indoors and one (1) experience outdoors, and that reflect children’s interests  c. Introduction
Physical activity is important for children this age to develop strength, balance and confidence, as well as to create the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. They are also acquiring better control over their level of activity. As mentioned by Miller, Podvysotska, Betancur and Votruba-Drzal (2021), school-aged children should be give several opportunities to participate in a variety of activities, sports and games that are appropriate for their personality, ability, age and interests. One should create a list of activities that feel quite right to the parents and their children. Most youngsters do not mind getting some exercise on a regular basis as long as it is enjoyable.
Child 1 (Toddler to Preschools)
Toddlers are children who are between the ages of one and three. The fine motor and gross motor skills of children in this age group are determined with respect to their physical fitness. They attempt to move the large and small muscles that assist them in walking, jumping, climbing, holding and pulling or drawing objects. Depending on their interests, some aerobic activities like as swimming, bicycle riding and dance can be offered. They can also engage in martial arts classes.
As explained by Claridge et al. (2019), a minimum of 30 minutes of group play under adult supervision and another 30 minutes of free play should be set aside for the child. Hiking, jogging, stair climbing, leaping, playing catch and other adult-supervised activities should provide opportunities for toddlers to stretch their muscles around again and improve their suppleness.
Similarly, children should be able to run, leap, tug and push objects and play intellectual activities such as construction blocks during free play. Group physical exercises...
