Ethical behavior is a behavior that is exhibited by an individual by taking into consideration the consequences of the behavior. Furthermore, ethical behavior is represented by following the set of norms and disciplines before implying it in real-time. An ethical behavior takes into consideration professional relationships and societal norms before they are implied (Egorov et al.).
For example, communicating in the workplace by satisfying the dignity of colleagues is an example of ethical behavior. Similarly, driving responsibility by maintaining the traffic rules is also another example of ethical behavior. Furthermore, loyalty towards job responsibilities without any personal level excuses is another example of ethical behavior.
Unethical behavior is the behavior exhibited by an individual without complying with any ethical standards or societal rules. Unethical behavior is represented when an individual violates the norms, rules and regulations in their display of real-time expression of behavior (Jamil et al.).
For example, fighting and abusing in the workplace is an example of unethical behavior. Ragging students in colleges is another example of unethical behavior. Additionally, lying about qualifications and skills in an interview is another example of unethical behavior.

The primary stance that an organization can take in order to enforce a formal Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR is the development of a sustainable service.
