Description
The product that I have opted for the analysis and for contempl
ating the chemicals that are used in this particular product is the Deodorant or the antiperspirant which are used on a daily basis when I go out for my work. Deodorant is a substance that is applied to the body to prevent body order that occurs because of the bacterial breakdown of perspiration in the armpits, groin, and foot. Therefore, most people prefer to use deodorant or antiperspirant to prevent sweating and block sweat glands. The food and drug administration classifies deodorant or antiperspirant as cosmetics. However, in some cases, antiperspirants are also classified as over counter drugs. This particular product is manufactured by Oars+Alps. The name of this journal product is Fresh Ocean Splash.
The main purpose of this product pleases to stop and reduce perspiration and reduce the moist climate in which the bacteria thrive. Aluminium chloride, aluminium chloralhydrate and aluminium zirconium compounds are the most commonly found compounds in this product. Aluminium zirconium tetrachlorohydrexgly and aluminium zirconium trichlorohydrexgly are also frequently used in the deodorant for stimulating their antiperspirant properties. Methenamine is also a chemical component that is found in the deodorant. The other chemicals that are present in the deodorant and antiperspirant are paraben, triclosan, phthalates, and propylene glycol. These chemicals are manufactured by the local chemical manufacturers of Australia and none of the products are banned in Australia. These chemicals are not really very popular among for direct use and are mainly used for industrial purpose.
Most of the chemicals that are used in the deodorant or antiperspirant are toxic and has harmful impacts on the health as suggested by the researchers and the medical professionals. These health impacts contribute to the hazardous impacts on the environment and health as dangerous as cancer.
Interpretation
The first aspect of understanding the components of the products is to analyse the negative and the positive impacts of the toxins that are used in the product. It is effective to understand that according to the findings of various research and analysis it was found that skin can be a potential contributor to the spread of toxins to the other parts of the body which can deliberately have an impact on the health. It is the largest organ of the body and the conduit for toxins to move in and out of the body, it is also apparently not that most of which we put on the skin ends up in the bloodstream and potentially harmful toxins can have a direct impact on our health (Zhang et al., 2020).
