Introduction
Leonard-Griggs has established itself well in the community. The other two recently acquired needs to put extra effort in making their recognized presence in the new communities. The employees of the units are the challenge at present because they are used to follow old processes and have gained comfort in it. Therefore, the current assignment aims to gain a clearer insight to this issue and thus, suggest ways out of this. The selected organizational structure is even supportive of this aim.

Rationale for Organizational Structure Selection
The horizontal structure is appropriate for the organization. This will help to be in touch with frontline workers and the staff, which deals closely with patients. The new process, which is suggested can only be successful when human resources is convinced about its benefits and have access to tools and resources when they feel stuck (Vaishnavi, Suresh & Dutta, 2019). It requires close monitoring of those units and regular trainings to ensure that the structure is efficient. Moreover, the local communities can be made aware of the positive impact of survey on their health, which will be engaging for them.
Pros and Cons of the Horizontal Organizational Structure
Pros:
Leonard-Griggs aims to provide quality healthcare services to its patients and this structure help to achieve the intense level of it. The efficiency will be increased as the structure is flexible enough to accommodate changes and highly responsive towards customer needs. This structure will help the company to enhance the coordination between teams. It will also help to implement the expertise in various tasks and achieve their integration.
