For this discussion, I want you to write a post as to what you think can be done to assist our laws with keeping up with the advancement of technology. Is there anything we can do to keep up with technology? Although we see technology advancing at an extremely quick rate, we know our laws are barely able to keep up with our general demands, let alone technology.

    Technology has been evolving at an alarming pace and it is impossible for laws to keep up with advancements in the tech industry. As far as privacy laws are concerned, the tech companies keep evolving and then a loophole in the legal system is creates as the law didn’t exist in the first place. Facebook and other social platforms are the culprits in such issues that plague the legal system today. The common notion or question arises if the legal system can keep up with technology or evolve accordingly to aid the basic human rights like privacy and the confidentiality of information. However, this is becoming hard for the lawyers and the federation that has already been enacted.
