Executive Summary
This final report given below documents the benefits of physical education and school meals in a student’s life and how it impacts their growth as well as the institution’s. the report is divided in sections where the background of the issue is given, the problems faced in the recent times is listed as well as the probable solutions to terminate the issue is also given. The problems of obesity are also discussed. This paper includes two 3 different research methods that will involve the teachers, students and their parents too.
The research reports are completely based on the surveys conducted and the interviews taken of the students, their parents and also the teachers of various schools. The interviews are related to the issue of increased obesity among young children and the lack of physical education and how much these concepts are actually true. The parents are interviewed and asked about how much they would benefit if the schools started giving nutritious meals. There are families that fail to provide nutritious food for the children and give them a healthy lifestyle sue to financial conditions. All of these are discussed here after.
Online researches are also conducted to spread the interview to a larger group of people and learn about the topic on a broader prospect. The recommendations to this report are based completely on the findings from the research and the solutions received. The recommendations found are justified according to the research work that has been done. They are provided to suit the crisis that most families are facing. The recommendations include the ways in which the schools can overcome this situation maybe by providing a recess for them to supply the meals to the students, by giving physical education classes that involve some exercises that will help them to stay healthy and fit.
Introduction
Problem
About one-third of the food consumption by children is consumed at kindergarten. As a result, it is important that children consume a regular nutritious diet, whether by packaged healthy snacks and lunches or a healthy meal schedule. Unfortunately, several schools prefer to serve lunches that are rich in packaged and sugary snacks and beverages. The schools and districts should be empowered to have new everyday produce and to remove sugary snacks (such as flavored milk, desserts, and ice cream treats) from the meal menu, school events, and charity events (D’Souza, 2020). A toddler's possibility at a promising future begins by ensuring that he or she has enough food to eat today. However, partly in response to the coronavirus outbreak, 13 million children, one out of every six - could go hungry this year.

Childhood obesity is influenced by genetics, psychological influences, and lifestyle choices. Toddlers who have overweight or obese parents or other family members are far more likely to adopt suit. However, the primary cause of obesity in children is a result of eating too fast and not enough exercise (Cunha et al., 2017). An unhealthy dietary rich in refined sugar and little nutrients will cause individuals to develop weight easily. Fast food, sweets, and carbonated beverages are all prominent offenders. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), 32 percent of teenage girls and 52 percent of adolescent boys in the United States consume 24 ounces or more of soda a day (Croce, 2020). Ready meals, fatty chips, and packaged pastas are all examples of convenience foods that can lead to excessive weight gain.     Comment by Melaine Weaver: Properly Site images    Comment by Melaine Weaver: Add date citation after publisherFix all

Any children become obese as a result of their parents' inability to choose or cook nutritious meals. Any households may be unable to afford new fruits, herbs, and animals. Another source of childhood obesity is a lack of physical exercise. When people of all ages are less healthy, they appear to gain weight. Physical activity can reduce calories and aids in the maintenance of a healthier weight (Paixão et al., 2020). Youngsters who are not expected to be physically involved would be much less prone to break additional...
