Evaluation of the Usage of the Materials in Workplace
After studying the theories and models of Instructional system design, I have literally enriched my pedagogical knowledge about how to achieve the instructional aims and goals. It helped me to analyze the different learning experiences and also helped me to recognize the several gaps that are generally found in the workers attitude, skills and knowledge.
As it incorporates the particular and focused target audience, specifies the basic problem zone, updates the current status, provides training recommendations and produces desired outcomes it therefore helped me to build fruitful instructional design experiences. In our daily performance in the workplace, it helps to guide the behavioral aspects of the employees. After learning this material, I therefore found it too comfortable and reliable for a learner in achieving their goals.
