This week I have gained insights regarding application of instructional designs to the projects. Instructional designs are considered as the creation of learning experiences and materials in a manner that results in the application and acquisition of enormous knowledge and skills. The instructional design works on the system of accessing needs, developing materials, designing a process and, evaluating its effectiveness. Applying instructional designs in the project creates a practical and systematic process of effectively designing the whole project. In the context of the workplace, applying instructional designs to the projects as well as any of the related work would provide a systematic approach to the work (Koller, 2012).
In workplace projects, the application of instructional design would help in assessing the needs of the project, designing a process to effectively carry on the project, developing materials, and evaluating its effectiveness.
