In order to inculcate professional learning session for the teachers the principal needs to state few components such that why the data of the students are important, where and how to store the data of the students and most importantly how to dispose them properly. It is important because these data contain all the personal information that can be misused as a result mishandling this information can lead to ethical violations. (Julius, 2018)
2. The principal needs to communicate the matter with the teacher. Although having an affair is a total personal choice of the teacher and the parent but the principal needs to ensure that this affair does not cause any kind of partiality or favoring that particular student. So, the teacher needs to have a clear boundary between her personal and professional life.
3. Being a teacher can be very difficult at times so maintain a composure is always necessary. In order to maintain sound mental or emotional health the teachers are doing meditation and trying to remove all the negativities. In case of emotional trouble, they need to consult the counsellor in the campus. Another good example in maintaining the emotional balance is actually by balancing the work and life ratio. Spending quality time with family actually helps in reducing stress. (Wilton, 2017)
