    Joanis in the laundry area trying to fold tea towels and napkins, which isn’t something Joan has been asked to do. There are a lot of tea towels and napkins and she is having difficult organising the task with the small bench space available. She is mumbling and seems agitated - too much to do … never get it done … mum’s not going to be happy with me.
