For the remainder of the assessment, assume that your recommended partnership has been approved and partnership activities can commence. 1. Complete the table to summarise the partnership’s stakeholder requirements. Identify at least two internal stakeholders and at least one external stakeholder. Summarise any relevant stakeholder requirements or demands. Explain how emotional intelligence is relevant for the specific stakeholder and how it can be used for individual and partnership’s effectiveness. For each stakeholder, identify appropriate communication conventions and protocols for how you should communicate to/with them. 1. Organizational Documentation
    Business Plan
King Edward VII college is a registered training organization that was established in 2010 that provides training to the students in Business and Management.
Activities
The principal purpose of the organization is to provide high quality training services in order to satisfy the needs of the students.  The training is nationally recognised and appreciated to meet the vocational and the educational standards of the courses which are designed by highly qualified staff with extensive industry and training experience and to achieve teaching and learning excellence in the terms of the flexibility and personal satisfaction of the students.
Mission
The mission of the institution is to provide high quality industry training that enhances the participation of the students and achievement in the industry. 
Purpose
The purpose of the organization is to:
· To be the leader in vocational and educational training.
· To be a leader in innovation in the vocational education and training sector.
· To establish and maintain high quality infrastructure and supporting clients and staff.
· To be will lead, High-performing, profitable and accountable.
· To develop people and resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
My role in the organisation focuses on the aspects of management of the organisations and the capacity is that includes the relevant aspects of the human resources and the other factors that are relevant in terms of the intellectual property and the people of the order.  In literal sense I enjoy the role of the human resource manager and also with the proper contemplation of the effective and the significant aspect in the organization.
My roles and responsibilities focus on sustaining excellence in terms of providing and recruiting better human resources who are ought to influence and sustain excellence in training and assessments.  to be collaborative and caring in terms of embracing diversity and differences in the organization.
Collaborative partnership
Collaborative partnership is focused in terms of addressing and emphasizing the continual industry consultation that will ensure that the courses are appropriate to develop the skills and knowledge that are currently demanded by the employers and the students. These are mainly focused on effective collaborative contact to maintain the high-quality infrastructure and support the clients and staff.
Objectives of Partnership
The three task objectives that are effective in terms of addressing the collaborative relationship with the other institution or the communities constitutes the following objective:
· To establish and maintain high quality infrastructure supporting clients and staff.
· To be a leader in innovation in the vocational education and training sector.
· To be well led, profitable and accountable.
Contribution
My role contributes towards the promotion of innovation by recruiting skilled and able persons in the organization and being collaborative in a caring community by establishing diversity and demonstrating integrity with equality of opportunity in all the activities.
Legislations and requirements
Legislations and requirements are effective on the basis of the legal compliances that the organisation needs to follow in terms of staffing and other recommended policies that enhance the effective context of the organization. This is also effective in terms of addressing the property policy and procedures regarding the Record Keeping or any other aspects regarding the communication which needs to be implemented in terms of certain codes and conduct in the organisation.

The organisational documents that are effective in the suspects are the legislative Framework policy, record Keeping policy, communication policy, codes of conduct policy and other policy that are abiding in terms of the collaborative partnerships with the other organisation.
Documentation of the organisation
This relates to the Documentation of the organisation that are relevant in terms of the Record Keeping and communication policy in terms of the collaborative partnership with the other organisation. The communication policy in stool in hands and streamline the communications to reinforce the vision and the strategic priorities of the institution over the partner.   This is also effective to focus on the development and trial of new communication platforms to improve the Information sharing and collaboration between all the staff members in between the two organizations. The Record Keeping policy focuses on the aspects that are required to describe the guidelines to create, preserve and access the records of both the organizations who are into the collaborative partnership. 
Potential partnership
Potential partnership are those partnerships that deliberated towards a cohesive and structural partnership in terms of accessing certain services within the organization by taking into account the framework of the other organization and that have a relevant impact on the service provided by an organisation.  Collaborative partnership is another typical form of potential partnership in which each has relevant aspects of Collaborative goals of meeting certain organizational aspects in the long run.

This relates to the Documentation of the organisation that are relevant in terms of the Record Keeping and communication policy in terms of the collaborative partnership with the other organisation. The mission of the partnership is to establish a coherent Human resource by giving them a blended learning contacts and continually improving the quality of services believed into the client's free enrolment during the course delivery and through the provision of the support services while remaining prices are competitive in the industry.  It also focuses on the force delivery and the provision of support services while providing and focusing on the provision of courses required by the industry and maintaining effective communication channels with all the stakeholders to ascertain the industry requirements and develop the products and managed services accordingly.
