Summarizing the case
The video “Rodrick: Juvenile Court in Session” highlights the struggle of a young man, a 17-year-old boy known as Rodrick. He was arrested because of marijuana possession as well as for resisting the arrest. Furthermore, he has the support of his friends, family, counselor, and probation officer as he started a new life. However, in the court during the session, he claimed that he is innocent and was treated poorly by the police officers during his arrest. The legal problems faced by this juvenile in the court mainly involved juvenile delinquents as well as neglecting the child. In this case, child neglect is selected as being minor.
