Scope of Project:



  • Sustain Group provides a coordination function to engage the Landlords and organise equipment/asset replacements via a Landlord Claim

  • Sustain Group has a database (extract on second tab of excel workbook) detailing the status of all Landlord Claims (note – some items have been redacted/modified).

  • Landlord Claim Status in order are:


    • New

    • In Progress – More Info Required

    • In Progress – Preparing Letter

    • Letter with Property (internal Client contact)

    • Letter With Landlord


  • A Landlord Claim will result in one of two outcomes:


    • Landlord Approved – Landlord approves Sustain Group Client to undertake the works and seek reimbursement via an Invoices


      • Claim Status order


        • Landlord Approved

        • Invoice Raised

        • Invoice Paid



    • Cost Avoidance – Landlord advises Sustain Group that they will undertake the works themselves and then confirm completed


      • Claims Status order


        • Cost Avoidance

        • Cost Avoidance – Evidence Completed






Trial Task
