Due to the unique blend of weather, topography, and geology, several regions in Ontario produce a diverse range of high-quality fruits, transforming farmers' markets into hotspot destinations for such fruits. Research shows that Canadians consume alcoholic drinks, with beer being the most preferred, followed by wine and spirits, because of the climate. More than half of the items, such as Taste of Lemon & Tea, Nice Pear, Rising Sun, Violet Rain, Best Whiskey Sour, Classic Margarita, Gin Fizz, Sparkling Water, Just Craft Soda, Red Wine, Sparkling Wine, Mango & Pineapple Smash, Strawberry Jamming are a byproduct of local produces.

The Red wine is made from the well-known Cabernet Franc grape, produced in Ontario. It is lighter in body and is usually less tannic and smoother, making it an excellent pair for roasts. And all of this for a reasonable price.
