a.) How would you evaluate the barriers that arise from the climate or context of timing on a specific issue of interest?
b.) Who are the stakeholders and how can they be used in a political analysis that might be different from their use in political advocacy?
c.) What are the political strategies that could leverage facilitators and constraints into political momentum to move the issue forard?
