    Life expectancy can be described as a certain measure of time for which a particular individual can be expected to survive. It is basically a statistical measure that is closely associated with a number of particular factors, such as regions, age, sex, and so on. Different countries and different regions have different kinds of life expectancies. However, the notion of life-saving or even medical treatments ought not to be confused with the notion of life expectancy for a number of reasons. That is to say, the life expectancy of an individual can be any particular age, however, that age should not restrict him/her from receiving life-saving treatment or any form of other medical treatment. This particular paper will aim to understand the different terms and analyse the relationship between the different terms of the statement.
Life Expectancy and Life Saving Measures
    Life-saving measures can be described as the different medical procedures that are used and implemented for the purpose of saving the lives of individuals on an emergency basis or even in normal or usual conditions. For instance, if an individual suffers from the problem of asthma and is suffering from an intense lack of oxygen after an asthma attack, then a steady and ready supply of oxygen will be considered as a life-saving measure. In another instance, according to Sarkodie, Strezov, Jiang and Evans (2019), if an individual has stopped breathing, then applying and implementing the CPR technique will be considered as the right thing to do for a medical practitioner and it will be considered as a life-saving measure. However, one thing that needs to be questioned in both cases is the notion of life expectancy. It is to be understood that, in obtaining medical treatment or attention, the medical practitioners, that is, the nurses and the physicians, should not focus on the life expectancy of the patients, or even the population of the patients, or even the community from which they hail....
