Topic of my study revolves around the fact that “Should drunk drivers be imprisoned on the first offense?”. My study revolves around the topic that whether o
r not drivers who drive under the influence of alcohol be imprisoned on the first offense. Indeed, it is high time that strong and stringent actions like those that imprisonment is performed by federal government if a person is caught driving under the influence of alcohol. If we desire to see real change in the perception and behavior of people strong actions are imperative on the first offense. By the virtue of this thesis, I prove that driving under the influence of alcohol is dangerous to life of driver as well as life of other innocent people. Such drivers who are behind the wheels while they are intoxicated escalate the danger of massive damage to lie and health of the road. Driving while being high results in accident there by endangering the life of many. Therefore, demands stricter and stronger punishment from the first offense rather than waiting for disaster to occur.
First part of topic points to the fact that every year there is tremendous amount of chaos and tragedy is caused by deaths and injury that result from the driving under the influence of alcohol.
· Undeniably, drinking and driving imposes an immense danger to the drivers as well as other people on the road.
