Q3. It is primarily important to consider the age of the person relating to the saleability of alcohol. It would be considered as an offense if the person is below the prescribed age therefore he/she should go
through the identification process while going through the first step in their recruitment process. As opined by Zacharia (2019) it is important because the young ones generally lack the experience of dealing with alcohol. There can be situation when it will be up for the server to decide that the person who is drinking should be served more or not. Generally, the young employees will lack the knowledge naturally.
Q4. Firstly, providing the information about the drink and serving it with variations providing on the rocks, with lime, so on and so forth (Tewari, 2019).
