erent scenarios has been identified. The nature of travel agency is to provide holiday related services such as
· Ticket booking: the organisation provides ticket booking facilities to tourists with special discount as per they stays (Pavlatos, 2015).
· Hotel room booking: proper accommodation from the organisation is also provided to customers as it helps them to provide relaxing journey.
· Transfer arrangements: online billing facilities for road, flight and cruise is provided by organisation.
· Arrangement of ground transportation: the proper transportation vehicles are also provided to customer for making their journey better in remote areas (Pavlatos, 2015).
· Booking of MICE activities: the business related travel has also been provided with facilities of seminars, conferencing facilities and other events.

· Quality of food: Standard quality of food as per demand of customers is provided by organisation.
