Introduction
The main objective of this subject is to fulfil the requirement for the contemporary business manager post through developing the diverse range of capabilities, skill and behaviour. This skill is a combination of both soft skills and hard skills. In each semester, I got the series of assessment tasks, which includes many processes like critical incident reports, and personal reflection task, which indirectly enhance the self-awareness skill as well as the method to understand this management skill, capabilities and behaviours within me. As a leader, I must know how to associate with the people around me. Besides, as a good leader, I should listen to my team and know what to do in reality. A team leader should always think about his team and team members. Because of the lack of interpersonal skills, the leaders fail because they do not listen to their team.

As per Rusu (2018), there are few critiques regarding the work ethics – there are many cultures like a slacker, hippie and hackers who are against the work ethics as they feel as it only generates the positive result in front of the leader but the workers get only the little benefits in them. Organisations have taught me the various kind methods to Shape my skill regarding ethical conduct, which are ethical awareness, ethical education, leadership and ethical action.
