The paper summarizes the results obtained from self-assessment tests, which are considered to be vital for any leader to execute the business processes. The leadership skills of a leader are considered to be vital because it helps in managing the tasks and increases the output and efficiency for the enti
re business. Four different self-assessment tests were performed, which have reflected different results depending upon my choices and decisions that I usually take. The results also reflected my highest score of 76% considering me to be emotional. Also, I have scored 65% which reflected my turbulence to provide crucial decisions by analysis the desired need of the situations. It is a matter of the fact that there exists crucial requirement of High extraverted personality as it helps in maintaining the workplace in a friendly atmosphere which will further provide motivation to the employees to give their best efforts.

Introduction
The primary objective of the paper is to evaluate personal self-assessment findings which are crucial for being a leader in the future. It will critically analyze the several self-assessment activities by reflecting on future leadership skills. Leadership skills would help in achieving a job career as well as fulfill the major goal of life. An appropriate action plan will be determined for focusing on the weaknesses and take measures to solve the issues. Self-awareness is beneficial for becoming a great and successful leader. By outlining the personal self-assessment, a person can be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses.
A brief review of the findings
With the help of 16personalities test, it has been found that highly introverted person score 64% on the other hand, he is less extraverted. It shows an individual has great memories to remember people but not in retraining data. 56% score shows that the person is more observant than intuitive. It means he is very imaginative and could observe the emotional states of others. In terms of feeling, he is highly emotional as it scored 76%. It means the person is very sensitive and this can lead to stress as well as frustration. An individual scored 65% in the case of turbulent which shows the ability to make decisions in a needed situation. He has moderate judging personality as it scores 57% on the other hand, he is less prospecting.
With the help of the Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test, an individual observed that he is slightly introvert as compared to extravert as the test scores 9% introvert. It has also be seen that he is marginally preferred sensing in comparison to intuition. It has scored 1% on thinking which shows he can feel more as compared to thinking. It has been observed that he is slightly perceived by 12% as compared to judging.
By using the Big Five Personality Test, a person measured the score of personality on five major dimensions. He is moderate in openness as he has scored 65% in it. It shows he think moderately in a creative way. He is highly organized as well as determined in pursuing his goals as he has scored 67% in conscientiousness. He is less extravert as compared to introvert because he has scored only 33% in extraversion. It means he used to lead simple and quiet lives and less engaged in getting social rewards. As he has scored high in agreeableness with 77% which means he could experience high empathy and people can trust him. The individual is a moderate scorer of neuroticism with 56% which means he sometimes react to the situation of negative emotions.
