Introduction
Background
The background of the report is based on contemporary management c
apabilities. The contemporary management capabilities are denoting the learning process of different skills that are required for the effective management of various works. The learning process of the different management skills will help me in case of the implication of strategic management with effective and positive ways. The contemporary management learning will serve the understanding in terms of the skills, capabilities and behaviours that are required for the effective application of management styles. Based on the contemporary management capabilities, the self-awareness process with the manager or the participants who are performing different management techniques is enhanced.
Aims
The basic aim of this report is to develop the understandings that are learned based on understanding of the different ranges of the management skills. In the case of the presentation of this report, there are the other aims that are presented is the understanding of the capabilities and behaviours that are required for the management of the contemporary management. The representation of personal learning in the context of contemporary management skills is another aim of the project. The enhancement of self-awareness through the understanding of the different management skills is also included within the aims of the report.
Scope
The aims that are taken within the project will be covered through the clear learning of the different management skills. Thus, the learning process of the capabilities that are linked with contemporary learning also will help me in case of covering the aims that are undertaken through the report. Discussion
Summary of the Learning
Through the clear view of the capabilities that are associated with contemporary management, I have learned different types of management skills, capabilities and behaviours. The management capabilities that I have learned in the course are such as service orientation and servant leadership, teamwork and leadership. Thus, the clear understanding in terms of the creativity and communication also learned. The learning that I have made through the clear observation of the contemporary management capabilities will help me in case of the mitigation of different kinds of management issues. Furthermore, the five basic learning that I have learned in the course will help me in the future application.
In the learning process, the basic thing that I have learned is the service orientation and servant leadership. The service orientation and servant leadership are one of the major learning aspects in the case of management. The other leadership skills that have learned are teamwork. In case of the performance of different kinds of activities with the effective ways the team works is playing one of the important roles. The leadership process is also learned by me, as leadership is one of the required contexts for the successful completion of any job. Moreover, communication and creativity are also other management skills that I have learned within my course.
