A manager in today's rapidly shifting corporate clim
ate faces several obstacles. Currently, the executives become pioneers in change; they motivate the workers to reach their objectives while directing and educating them. The majority of the staff is always driven to be guided by their leaders towards individual and organizational priorities (Hisrich and Ramadani, 2017). However, many of the leaders still tend to lose sleep over the work that is left. 
So considering the global pandemic, the primary issue for managers is keeping everything smooth in the time of crisis. Although the economy is dropping and everything is disrupted, managers need to put together all their experience to keep everything running, subtly, and smoothly. Furthermore, another issue is with hiring new people. In recent times there are a lot of candidates available for every post, so managers need to select very carefully who they hire. Finally, the mention needs to be about keeping up in the competition (Fettry, 2017). As all of the industries have become highly competitive, the managers need to continuously evaluate the market and come up with ideas to be competitive.

Instead of merely placing people for various jobs, Managers need to match their jobs based on skill and motivation and train them to work as efficiently as possible.
Track the efficiency of the workforce to ensure proper supervision. It can provide the employees are utilizing the most appropriate working practices (Savino, 2016). Also supervisors and staff needed to be allocated to devote time to preparation and planning so that the employees can better execute their duties.
