Ethical code of conduct is guiding bible for the organisation which check and evaluate their steps taken on moral grounds and help them to stay in sync with society. Often organisations end up in ethical issues as there is not much awareness consciously to combat with the same. GOIL Company Limited is one such company in Ghana whose ethical code of conduct will be studied as it of the biggest country in the region and recommendations will be framed for the
areas where it is highly required.

Brief history of the company
GOIL Company Limited was set up as a subsidiary of AGIP PETROLI in 1960. In the year 1974, the Public authority of Ghana gained 100% offers and changed the name to Ghana Oil Organization Restricted.
