Learning theory
The behavioral learning model will be used in the process for getting the student to learn a new language. The reasons for choosing the behavioral model for foreign language learning is to identify and repetitive reinforcement of the response and understanding. Languages need to be learned in two ways. Once includes a written method and the other is the understanding of the language. Both verbal and non-verbal techniques are essential in the process of learning. The learning process includes the written assessment and writing skills. The verbal process includes the speaking and perception of the language spoken in order to understand the process it needs to be referenced in the mind of the students several times. The teachers in the thesis case will be able to get the basic response they want from the students. The behavioral learning theory will impose the thoughts and reactions of the students. This will help in deep learning and in-depth focus on the subjects.
The teachers should reinforce the directions the students are likely to give to a certain question or behavior and shall use it to focus on the skills of learning and adapting a new language all together.
Instructional design model
The ADDIE design model shall be used in this case to help the students learn a foreign language. The ADDIE stands for Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The basic structure will be useful in coordinating and delivering the objectives of the program. According to the framework the structure that will be followed is to implement the ADDIE.
According to this model the first step in the process is to analyse the end for the programs. Thus, understanding and analysing the need for foreign language learning brings to the conclusion that in the modern world the need to be globally accepted is through connection. Getting to know and learn foreign languages is an equally important factor in communication and developing future projects. As the boundaries to communication business and opportunities are opening up, it is important to have the correct skills and development of personality is an important factor.
