Introduction
    The research methodologies used in the past was mostly quantitative research until 1980s. But both the research methodologies are technical in nature. It is a matter of choice and the suitability to answer specific research questions which differentiates the quantitative research from qualitative research process. Through this paper we will discuss the impact of various leadership styles on the employees. We will conduct a qualitative analysis through which we will be able to determine that qualitative research process is better than quantitative research.
Analysis
    In today’s world it is knowledge which is a significant resource of the firms. Hence, it’s the employees who need to constantly upgrade their knowledge in terms of professional and expertise skills for accomplishing the desired objectives. It is the style of leadership which plays a crucial role for assessing its impact on the employee performance (Ogbeide, Groves, & Cho, 2008). The best model of leadership will be providing full autonomy to the employees. This motivates the employees and makes them loyal towards the tasks. This also increases their performance and organizational productivity (Kim & Beehr, 2018).
    There are many forms of leadership styles among which the important are transactional style of leadership where the employees who achieves high are being appreciated and rewarded (Batista-Taran et al., 2009). It’s the organizational performance which slightly enhances the performance of the employees (İscan, Ersar ̧ & Naktiyok, 2014).
