Woodhouse Recruitment Services is a company that has established a strong presence in the market as a recruitment agency. Through its recent management team meeting, need was recognized for improvement in several areas.    Comment by Tester: As an introduction to your action plans, discuss the importance of continuous improvement and sustainability as an essential element of business and competition.
The service, for a start, seeks to employ a range of strategies in order to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. Sustainability is extremely important today for all businesses as it portrays that a company is responsible towards both its customers as well as its environment while cutting costs in the long run. Continuous improvement involves creating a culture of constant learning through which a company both improves as well as adapts to the changing needs and times. In line with these benefits and objectives, it has been decided that improvement in the area of KPI’s and Sustainability have to be undertaken. The following report details the plan and schedule for the implementation of recommended changes in the relevant areas.
Strategies for change
Four initiatives in total have been recognized. The first initiative is with regards to KPI and involves implementing proper KPIs for the organization. The second initiative is to include the use of sustainable materials. The third initiative is to get government assistance for shifting to green strategy and the fourth initiative is to incorporate use of green equipment in the office.
First initiative- Implementing KPI
The company has decided to implement changes in the area of KPI and implement sustainability initiatives. The following chart details the plan and schedule for changes planned for the following year with regards to KPI-

The first task of defining goals and objectives will take place in the month of January. During this time the company has to-

The second task is to develop a plan of action. This task is linked to determining of goals and objectives and will hence commence in a period coinciding the first task. It will span over the month of February with relevant research and implementation strategies being created. This task will involve-

b- It must assess which ones are most effective in assessing the achievement of goals and objectives.
