For effective strategy of funds individual needs to go with these steps:
i. Start by setting the goals for the event.
ii. Think creatively for effective event funds.
iii. Then, identifying things on the line that individual need to overspend and the under spend on, in the event.
iv. Investing in right technology, promotion activities, resources and sorting all the costs so that individual can make better decisions
v. Make a rough budget with approximated figures and make event budget template.
vi. Have some fund in case of emergency.
